Purpose Statement:
Help America Hear supports individuals with hearing loss through our focused volunteer and fundraising efforts. We are an organization dedicated to raising awareness and accessibility to hearing aids for people who have experienced hearing loss and would otherwise not be able to afford the fundamental joys of hearing.
PILLARS OF THE ORGANIZATION
- Currently the organization offers two distinctly different programs: The Help America Hear Program – which provides quality hearing aids to low/moderate income individuals who qualify and The Scholarship Program, which offers a financial and hearing aid award to Five hard of hearing high school seniors each school year
- Both programs are supported by fundraising activities such as the annual golf outing, individual donors and a newly launched Peer to Hear PAY IT FORWARD campaign.
